What payment methods do you accept?

If you book online we ask that you pay with Paypal (with Paypal you can also pay your credit card without having to register with Paypal).

I have to cancel my stall – can I get a refund?

Sorry, but we don't offer refunds. We MAY consider transferring your booking to a future Baby & Kids Market if you notify us in time (at least 10 days before the market date). Transfers will not be allowed in the week leading up to the market. Only ONE transfer is allowed and that transfer must be to the same location on the next available date (you cannot transfer to another location).

I am a small business/ I make things from home – can I have a stall?

Will I get the same table that I booked online?

We will try our very best to keep you in the same position as you have booked online. However sometimes things change at the last minute and we may have to move you to another stall.

Can I just sell a large item?

No, you need to take up a stall in order to sell large items at the Baby & Kids Market. Maybe you can share with a friend and come up with enough goods for a stall.

When & where is the next Baby & Kids Market near me?

Please Book Online, which will take you to your state and show you all the dates available for booking.

Can I book in advance (i.e. before the online bookings open?)

Sorry, we don't take manual bookings. Our stall bookings are taken online (click on Book Online) and you can select your own stall location. It's very easy and efficient.

The Market I am after is already sold out. Can I go on a waitlist?

No, sorry. However, if we receive a cancellation we will re-open the market in the week leading up to the event at 10.30am each day. So if you're keen to book a stall at a sold-out market, it often pays to check to see if this has happened one week out.

How do I find out when the Markets open for booking online?

Go to 'Selling' and pick your State. The release dates for each market are set out. If the market is RED, it is fully booked, If the market is GREEN you can book a stall, and if the market is BLUE the release date will be quoted.

I have forgotten the unloading info and selling tips?

Can I hire clothes racks from the Baby & Kids Market?

Unfortunately we don't have any clothes racks for hire. They are very handy though as they give you a lot more room on your table! You may be able to get a clothes rack from the Reject Shop, IKEA or one of the big hardware stores.

I am a seller and would like to promote the market, could I have some flyers mailed to me?

Well thank you! Please email your postal address & name to info@babykidsmarket.com.au and we will send you a batch of around 40 flyers. If you would like more flyers, just let us know.

Can I bring a table/card table to add to my stall?

Same as a clothes rack, as long as you do not extend your stall space and inconvenience your neighbour seller or come too far out into the isle, it will be fine. It will be clothes rack or card table, you can't have both.

I'd like to book a stall, can I share it with a friend?

Absolutely, the more the merrier! Just make sure you discuss the total amount of goods you each take to the Baby & Kids Market, so you don't have too much on Market day.

I have booked a stall for pre-loved goods, can I sell some of my handmade things at my stall?

Your booking is for pre-loved goods only, if you wish to sell handmade products then please refer to the New Goods section for detailed information.

I have booked a stall at your market and have amongst my pre-loved stuff a few un-used/new items still in their original packaging. Can I sell these?

Yes, if they have been gifts are items you have bought that have not been used, then please bring them along.
