I am after a specific item at the Market, will you have it available?

Our market consists of stallholders that are mums who are selling their preloved or handcrafted goods. Although we will most likely have your required item for sale, we can not guarantee it, as we don't know exactly what stallholders will bring on the day. Our suggestion would be to come by, but get there early (30 min's before opening) so you're first in the door and most likely to grab hold of your item, before someone else does.

I want to know when the next Markets are on.

Sure, all you need to do is click on Newsletter and enter your email address and will let you know when & where the next Market is on.

I would like a bunch of flyers to hand out to my friends and family.

Well thank you! Please email your postal address & name to info@babykidsmarket.com.au and we will send you a batch of around 40 flyers. If you would like more flyers, just let us know.

I have bought a product and realized that, a) it is actually faulty b) some/a part is missing. What should I do, can you help me to contact the seller?

If you know the stall number then please e-mail us to info@babykidsmarket.com.au with stall #, location and date of market and a description of the part/faulty product. We will then forward this to the seller. If you cannot remember the stall holder number then it will be very difficult for us to do anything.

Can I purchase goods with my credit/bank card?

Most of our stallholders only take cash. However at most of our Market locations we offer cash out (i.e. like an ATM) (excluding the following locations: Coburg, Geelong, Canberra and Hobart)

What if it rains, will the market be cancelled?

The Baby & Kids Market always goes ahead, as our markets are held inside only.

Can I take my pram or is it too crowded?

Our Markets are very popular and it can be a little crowded sometimes. Therefore we strongly encourage you to carry baby in a sling. Most mums tell us they have enjoyed the Baby & Kids Market the most when they have left the kids at home with Dad! That way mums can focus on shopping and saving money for the whole family.
